Mrs Hall the owner of horse and coach inn.she was very active and hard working women because she control the entire guest house by herself.Mrs hall have one girl worker but she was very slow in all work. Mrs Hall was excited to know about the stranger and they try many times to know about stranger but she failed and one day furniture got made incident takes place and in which mrs hall got injured.

Mrs. Hall is quite a significant character especially in the earlier part of the novel Mrs. Hall is very prompt and professional in her woke as the innkeeper. She khows how to deal with her customers and strik a bargain. She consider herself quite fortunate to have a guest in that wintertime.
