As we know from the chapter the deep water douglas was afraid of water,it was his fear since childhood and when he has thrown into the pool his fear become reappear in his mind towards the water.he made a plan to overcome his fear but his all plan becomes fail .actually his plan was to go to the lower part and kick the lower part with full power then he comes above the water as he thinked.
