-Topic's name , just below it write the name (if name given question then write that name only, otherwise write ABC or XZY). - In the article u have to give an intro to the topic (say like if it's on pollution then write about it like what pollution is,how it effects us & environment etc.)it would be your 1st para - Comming to 2nd para discuss about your views. - Then in 3rd para discuss about what can be done & suggest some ideas about the problem. NOTE: Don't write thanking you in article.?
