Thallo meas thallus and phyta means plant ,thallus means those aquatic plants which do not differentiated into leaves ,root,stem , therefore it is called thallophyta.?

Its thallophyta.thallophyta is a phylum of kindom plantae . ● basic and elementary plants with undifferentiated body parts. ●Generally called algae. ●No vascular tissue present. ●reproduce through spores. ●mainly found in water. ☆ Example - ulva,spirogyra,ulothrix,cladophora,chara etc.
