The gas fills as there is too much space between the particles of gas and because of it they can easily move all around and it fills all around in the vessel

Because intermolecular force between the particles of gas is very less. Hence there's a lot of space between the particles , and they keep moving continuously . So, gas fills in completely the container in which kept.
