Example of endosmosis :- To show endosmosis, take a full glaas of water and some almonds in it and see it tomorrow. The almonds will swell up. So,in this process there is a movement of water from high concentration to low concentration because water level is more. This is called endosmosis. Example of exosmosis :- To show exosmosis, take a bunch of grapes and put it out for a day and then see , grapes will shrink because of movement of water from high concentration to low concentration. This is called exosmosis.
