Let the other parallel side be x cm Area of trapezium =1/2×(sumof its parallel side)×height 34cm = 1/2 ×(10cm+xcm)×4 (4 is Cut by 2 34cm = (10cm+xcm)x2 34cm =. 20cm + 2x 2x = (34 - 20) cm 2x = 14 X = 14/2 x = 7cm ans
