Molarity=mass of solute/molecular mass of solute*1000/vol. Of solution. Molality=mass of solute/molecular mass of solute*1000/mass of solvent

Molarity=n/v. Molarity=weight÷(molecular weight×volume in litres). Molality=(weight of solute ×1000) ÷(molecular weight×weight of solvent).
