Julius Caesar asked for his rob (dress) because he was sure that he is now going to the capitol/ senect house(main building). When Ceaser enter to the capitol the conspirators welcomed him by kneeling ,and matelius cimber asked brutus to cancel yhe order of banishment/exil given to his brother and Ceaser replied that he can't do that he is as fix like a northern star ,he is not going to change the order

Caesar agrees the way Decius Brutus interprets calpurna's dream, though it was not right. Despite calpurna's plead Caesar goes to the senate. He ends being killed by the conspirators. Her dream comes true as she had said.
