JJ Thomson's model -An atom consists of positive sphere and electrons are embaded in it. -An atom as whole is neutral. Rutherford's model -An atom consists of a positively charged sphere known as neucleous.Nearly all mass of atom is confide in neucleous. -Electrons revolve around the neucleous. Bhor's model -Only certain special orbits known as discrete orbits are allowed inside the atom. -Electrons do not radiate energy while revolving around the neucleous.
