Check yr question the pillar is not seem to be 3.5 cm in height.

I tak e height h=3.5 m

r=50 cm=50/100=1/2 m

CSA =2πrh=2×22/7×1/2×3.5

=44/7×1/2×7/2=11 m²

Cost of painting =11×10=110 Rs
