Clustured In this settlement houses r built quite near to each other.they r compact.ex..in buldelknd Semi clustured A lower caste of people r forced to live in outskirts of the village. Hamletted Every part of village are named like para,palli,nagla. Dispersed Houses are built quite far away .ex ..mountain

(1)Clustered or Nucleated Settlements :It is a compact or closely built up area of houses.
(2) Semiclustered Settlements : These settlements may result from tendency of clustering in a restricted area of dispersed settlements.
(3) Hamleted Settlements : These are fragmented into several units physically separated from each other bearing a common name.
(4)Dispersed Settlements : These are found in the forms of isolated huts or hamle in remote jungles or on small hills with farms or pastures on the slopes.
