Why do fish die in warm water?
  • 2 answers

Yogita Ingle 7 years ago

Fish, like all other complex life forms, need oxygen to survive. They get theirs in the form of oxygen gas dissolved in the water.
Warm water will have less oxygen compared to cold water. Depleted oxygen levels are the most common cause of fish kills.
