(4x - 5) (4x + 1) - (4x + 5) (4x - 1)
= 16x² + 4x - 20x - 5 - [16x² - 4x + 20x - 5]
= 16x² + 4x - 20x - 5 - 16x² + 4x - 20x + 5
= 4x + 4x
= 8x
