Yes the poors have the right to dream, author call mukeshs dream a mirage because he was bornin such a place where very 3rd person was involved in bangle making , it was the only source of bread and butter but the mukesh want to become aw motor mechanic which was not esay at all he cant give up bangle making and make up down to far away place to be motor mechanic
