  •  The smooth surface of still water acts like a mirror.
  • The sheet of paper produces irregular reflection of light as the surface is dull and rough.
  • The image formed in a plane mirror is at the same distance behind the mirror as the object is in front of the mirror.
  • The distance of image from the mirror is equal to the distance of object from the mirror.
  • The right side of the body becomes the left side in the image and vice versa when seen in mirror.
  • There are two types of spherical mirrors i.e. concave and convex mirror.
