Fractionation Column is basically a diffrentated chamber that have different range of temperature i.e different boiling points, in case of separation of petroleum mixture temperature goes on increasing from top to bottom of the column.
Thus, In fractional distillation , that component separates first which have least boiling point and finally that component having highest boiling point.
The Fractionating Column use for the Separation of Fatty Acids.
