It usually transfer by using wireless signal and sending information from user phone to reciver and the Signal Towers which usually act as Messanger between User and Reciver some example or type of wireless tower are WiMax Tower, RAD Tower and Infrared Towers. Their area of Tower signal varies from the Version of tower you are using for example WiMax tower which is having capability of Transmatting Information of 4-6 lakh user per sq km.You usually experience InterNet congestion due to over crowding User in Area.
