coding strands are the strands which contains the informations and are also called exons non coding stranda are the strands which does not contain any information and are also called introns. In the process of splicings introns are removed and exons are joined.This is called hn rna. capping and tailing are done and now this fully processed hn rna is transported to nucleus for translation
