Read the ,passage once think a suitable title for it and then mentally divide it into four paragraphs and or subtopics for sub headings . Then try to think of the points that you can write under each subheadings along with some words to be converted to abbreviations. But most important thing here is practice . Tell your teacher to give questions for practice with time limit because it may waste your time if speed is not with you. See samples and past years board questions ,from refreshers.

Frstly...u have to keep a pencil in ur hand while reading the passage...then whteved u feel imp...underline it..nd do remember...in 1 para not more than 4 points should b there nd ths points should b cocised nd phrases...not sentence...nd 2 sub points of each...hope it helped u ayush...☺
