In ncert biology book in page no. 197 it is written that when we cut the dna of vector and forign dna by same restriction enzyme so the resultant fragment s have the same kind of sticky end and can be joined by dna ligase and form recombinant dna but in page no. 198 it is written that when we cut the vector and source dna with the same restriction enzyme so the resultant or recombinant vector dna molecule cannot be created . What is correct?
