    On Zero rate debenture no interest is paid. These debenture are issued at discount and redeemable at par.

    I dont think so tht there are any debentures on which interest is not payable,coz how much interest is to b paid is maintioned in the ques itself...well we have just started the chapter in scl...so u better confirm with others views too...
