The three subatomic particles of an atom constitute Electron(-vely charged), proton(+vely charged) and neutron (electrically neutral). Mass of electron is the lowest where as mass of proton and neutron is almost same.
mass of neutron = 1.67493 X 10 -27 kg
mass of proton = 1.67262 X 10 -27 kg
mass of electron = 9.10939 X 10 -31 kg
So, neutron is the heaviest among the rest of the particles.
