Poet has confidence about their poem that the poet don't destroy like statues monuments made up of Marbles and bhaiya gold painted which destroyed with the sluttish time and the poem is not destroyed in the war also

The poem " Not marble nor the gilded stone" show poet confidence in many way like he was sure that statues, monuments made up of marble and were gold painted would destroy with sluttish time but his poem would live everytimes nothing could destroy it
