Solution is a homogenous mixture the size of the solid particles is in the order of 10to the power -7 to 10 to -9 m (nanometer) in diameter. suspension is a hetrogenous mixture in which the solid particles are suspended throughout the mixture. the size of the solute particle lie between 10 to the power minus 5 to 10 to the power minus 3 metre in diameter
