    No bromine is a non metal because it does not have properties of metal it has a vulnarable bad smell and it can destroy hard aluminium it is not malleable ductile sonorous not a conductor of electricity so it isnot a metal

    No as we go for electronic configuration of bromine ,we got it have 7 electrons in its valence shells hence its tendency is to gain an electron which make it a non metal.
