He was a very poor doctor that he have only 60 rupees in his briefcase. When snake comes on his shoulder so he think that how fullish he is that he is a doctor and he has no medicine . He smiles that he is an unmarried doctor. He also takes 2 important decisions that he will always keep an attractive smile on his face as he isa doctor. The 2nd important decision taken by the doctor was that he would shave daily to grow some moustache. He wants to marry with a fat lady and she has an good practise of doctory and she have plenty of money. She wants to marry with a fat lady because if she has done a mistake so for that he has to save himself from his wife so he can run fast and so her wife can't catch her.
