velocity is a vector quantity it is the rotio of displacement and time its S.I unit is meter per second it can be nagative. Speed is a schlear quantity it is the ratio of distance and time S.I unit is meter per second it never be negative

Velcity is vector quantity whereas speed is a scalar quantity Velocity is the displacement by time taken whereas speed is the total distance by time taken Velocity of a body can be positive,negative or zero whereas speed of a body will be always positive Velocity of a body is constant whereas speed of a body is not....last point i am not sure but the rest are correct
