PCR stands for polymerase chain reaction in this reaction multiple copies of gene of intrest is synthesised in vitro . For this you require a machine/appratus known as Automated thermocycler Yhis is basically a Device which adjust the temperature inside it in a fixed cyclic manner. In addition to it you will also require the following- 1.Nucleotides 2.DNA segment(gene of intrest) 3.RNA primer(provide binding site to the taq polymerase) 4.Taq polymerase(same as the DNApolymerase, elongates the DNA✡stable at high tempratures) Now the process is like this-- 1.Temprature is increase H bonds between DNA break making the two chain seprated. 2. Temprature is lowered RNA primer is added to DNA 3.Tenmrature is increased slightly Nucliotides and taq polymerase is added and taq starts to bind them to their complementary positions 4.. And the cycle continues.... You nay think it is bit scientific and of no use but it is the right answer for this question in 5M☺☺☺
