PCR in our rDNA technology is nothing but including of three steps they are namely denaturation annealing and and extension of the DNA molecule first of all talking about the denaturation which is carried out by by treating the DNA strand at high temperatures usually at 92 degree Celsius after the process of denaturation annealing is common annealing is nothing but hybridization which is induced through 3 dash primer and in the second stand also from 3 dash primer from now with the help of RNA nucleotides enzymes and we'll again heat it at low temperatures of about 50 to 60 degree Celsius then the third process exited is called as extension extension is nothing but making a long stand from 3-1 a primer and in the down stand from the rest RNA primer then heatin it again at Higher temperature of about 72 degrees celsius the enzyme which is an enzyme extracted from the archaebacteria called as thermus aquaticus which is known as taq polymerase III was doing this extension process then we can find the DNA nucleotides which with the help of rDNA technology which was described first by a scientist called as kary B.mullius
