You can give examples to this question like: 1. Conducting a survey on opinion of people on family planing 2. Conducting any survey on education These are examples where economics or statistics can be used Acording to me these are the places where eco or statistics can be used on our level but mainly statistics is used by statisticians or trained persons not ordinaly people ,for conducting surveys on national or global level.
