Hi Manisha, the mixtures in which substances remain separate and immiscible are called heterogeneous mixtures. SOME PROPERTIES OF HETEROGENEOUS MIXTURES :- 1. Don't have a uniform composition. 2. It is a mixture with visible boundaries of separation. 3. It is a mixture of two immiscible liquids. Hope it's helpful. ?
