Douglas hired a personal trainer to learn swimming and he learnt swimming perfectly but then also to become sure that he has overcome his fear he swimmed in many lakes ,rivers and then he was sure enough that he has overcome his fear of water, by practicing hard and by desire to overcome his fear he overcome his fear of water...
