In Collective farming all the initiative are taken by farmers without any financial help, they divide the work and do it where as in the collective farming it is operated by govt. It was a method used in USSR also called kolkoz (spelling is wrong maybe?)and the govt set a target for the farmers to achieve. The government pay for all the resources.
