    Sorry to u both..but i am correcting your ans becz your ans is half right......in the above situation demand curve will be perfectly inelastic u both are correct for this but.....demand curve will be vertically straight line || to y axis ....instead of horizintal straight line

    As per the question it is clear that change in price does not lead to change in q.d.so the demand is perfectly inelastic.change in price will affect quantity demanded .demand curve will be a horizontal line parallel to x-axis.the diagram shows the demand will remain constant .
