Fully filled d orbital I think,coz orbitals which r half filled do certainly have unpaired electron or electrons with all the spins oriented in one direction.So certainly they r unstable.Orbitals which r fully filled have all the electrons paired.Hence they r highly stable.

I think fully filled d orbital bcoz each subshell can contain only 2 electron with opposite spin.so , it will be more stable , i think.

I think... Half-filled orbitals are quite stable because of the electrons' spins being aligned; they resonate and so are stabilised.
