Bcoz thre is autonomous consumption even at zero level of income

Consumption curve can't start from the origin because if it does so, then it would mean that at the zero level of income, your consumption should be zero which is not possible. Because at the level of zero income, a person will undergo the minimum level of consumption( autonomous consumption) which is essential for the human existence.
