O-, Because in case of O+ the configuration is 2p³ which is half filled configuration.... While in O- it has 2p5 configuration which is partially filled configuration.... In term of stability we have: fully filled>half filled>partially filled.... Thus, O- will accept electron to get 2p6 configuration (fully filled orbital)....
