Ultimately there is no effect on production because nowadays all big transactions are cashless. There will be effect on ppf in future because demonetization helps in recovering black money , this will increase government resources and they will expend that money on resources and technology which leads to rightward shift of ppf

Purchasing power of people decrease causes under utilisation of resources, production decreases and ppf shifts leftwards.
