Because during replication the enzyme DNA Polymerase uses Deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate as a substrate and also Deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate provides energy for replication

Bcoz. Dna ploymerase identifies only dna nucleotides and not rna nucleotides
