Workmen Compensation Fund and Workmen Compensation Reserve both are same. There is no difference between these two.
In response to your second query, at the time of Admission of a Partner, if there is no liability against it then it is transferred to Partner's Capital A/c in the Old-Profit Sharing Ratio and if thee is any liability against it then the after deducting the liability rest of the amount must be transferred to Partner's Capital A/c in the Old Profit Sharing Ratio.
