Lungs are the main respiratory organ of the body surrounded by air tight chest cavity. The muscular piece forms the diaphragm which separates the chest cavity from the abdominal cavity. During inhalation the lungs move up and out ward increasing the space , the air rushes inside the Lungs and during exaltation the space inside the Lungs decreases and the lungs inflate .
