Ionisation enthalpy decreases down the group. That's why H has more ionisation enthalpy than Na (as we know H is placed before Na in group 1 i.e alkali metals).

Hydrogen have more ionisation enthalpy than Sodium because the size of Hydrogen is comparitively small than Sodium so there needs greater ionisation enthalpy for the break down of Hydrogen atom than Sodium atom.
