The issue is oversubscribed to the extent of 60000 shares (Total application received are 80000) after rejecting 40000 shares the remaining were issued on pro-rate basis. All the issue is called and paid up with the exception of Somil who is the holder 300 shares failed to pay his allotment and 1st call money and his shares were forfeited after the 1st call. Romit who applied for 400 shares failed to pay his both call and his shares are also being forfeited. Later 400 shares (including full share of somil) were being sold for Rs.11 per share to Sanmeet.
