1. Currency authority --- only central bank or RBI have the authority to issue notes or currency . No other bank issue notes or currency 2. Banker's to bank---- central bank only deals with banks there is no link between any public . It supervise bank, under RBI or central bank all the banking sector works . 3. Banker's to the government ---- Central bank or RBI is the only bank which is linked with government directly no other banks can deal directly with government
