Give a character sketch Dr. Kemp

Dr. KEMP is the heroic character of the novel.He was intelligent, smart, quick in action and very alert person.He quickly made a plan with Colonel Adye to catch Griffin when he sneak away from his house.He was a very ambitious scientist.He also take care of other's well being.He was fearless.When Griffin offered him to become his partner in spreading rein of terror, Dr. Kemp firmly refused.When he realized that Griffin has become a threat for humanity ,he did'nt hesitate to become a bait for police to capture Griffin.He was the one who gave the idea of sprinkling powdered glass on streets and using police dogs to catch the Griffin.He was a disciplined and a law abiding citizen who has a rational approach to his situation.
