Mahesh ltd invited application for 50000 share @50 each at a discount of 10%.amount was payable as application10and allotment 20 and balance on first and final call. Application were recieve for 75000share. Director rejected application for 15000 share and prorata data allotment was made to remaining application . All the call were made out amount were duly recieve except the allotment and final call money on 2000 share. These share were forfieted after the call out of their forfieted share 1200 share were reissue at 60 per share fully paid up recall.
