Retrenchment means cutting down number of workers in company due to loss , war or any reasons. Patol Babu was good actor and wanted to entertain neighbouring by opening club and to earn some money for livelihood.

Retrenchment means some problems aroused in his office due to which he was fired from office and could not find work for 9 years
