Aleurone layer is the outermost layer of the endosperm which is triploid.Endosperm is the product of triple fusion (one male nucleus with two female nuclei).

Because the aleurone layer is the outermost layer of the endosperm. Therefore it is also triploid and same as the ploidy of endosperm.
