Because the speaker doesn't seems to be happy about his decision to choose the road or the left out road. Both roads seems to be equally less travelled by, Even he wants to take both the roads but being one traveller he cannot take both the roads at a particular time. He know that he would wander in future and what would happened if he had chooses the other road
